Terms of Service
Last updated: September 17, 2026
Using the service
AutomationWithAI lets you build, deploy, and monitor AI agents that connect to your other tools. You need an account to use it, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes — not to build agents that harass, spam, or defraud others, attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with its normal operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and billing
AutomationWithAI is offered on the Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date, and are billed to the payment method on file. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual property
We own AutomationWithAI's platform, software, and branding. You own the content and configurations you create — your agents, connected data, and the messages your agents send on your behalf. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
AutomationWithAI is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including actions taken by agents you configure. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using AutomationWithAI and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or remain inactive on a free plan for an extended period, and we'll try to give notice where reasonably possible. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify active users before the changes take effect.
