Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

This policy describes our current data practices in plain language. It's a starting draft, not a substitute for legal advice — have it reviewed by a lawyer familiar with your jurisdiction before relying on it for compliance purposes.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide directly, including your name and email address when you create an account, connect an integration, or submit the contact form on this site. When you submit the contact form, we also store your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam and abuse. If you build and run agents with AutomationWithAI, we collect your agent configurations — triggers, conditions, and actions — and run metadata such as timestamps and status, but not the underlying content passed through your connected tools unless it's required for the agent to function. We also use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use this information to operate and improve AutomationWithAI: creating and managing your account, running the agents you build, providing customer support, responding to messages sent through this site, sending service-related updates, and monitoring for fraud, abuse, and security issues. We do not use the content of your automations to train AI models.

Sharing and disclosure

We share data with the service providers that help us run AutomationWithAI — for example, hosting, database, and email-delivery providers — under agreements that limit them to using it only on our behalf. When you connect a third-party tool such as Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Gmail, or Airtable, your agents exchange data directly with that tool as instructed by the automations you build; we don't sell your data or share it with unrelated third parties. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we'll let you know.

Data retention and security

We keep account and agent data for as long as your account is active, and contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond and prevent abuse. We use encryption in transit, access controls limiting who on our team can view your data, and regular review of our security practices. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information appropriately for its sensitivity.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand aggregate usage of the site through analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect how well the site works.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account information yourself, or contact us below and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time — service and security notices related to your account will still be sent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as AutomationWithAI evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
